Privacy

geoRailMaps may use one device-location result to choose the initial view and place the location dot. In an ordinary browser, if anonymous analytics and location permission are both given, the visitor record stores only a location rounded to roughly 1 km; it does not store the exact coordinate or the visitor’s IP address, and the device is not continuously tracked.

Select a train arrow to open its Service Summary. Relevant service actions appear in the slim row above the navigation pill.

Train colours

Green is running, amber is at a platform and red is a retained terminated service. The wording in the Service Summary explains what GRM knows about that state.

With your permission, geoRailMaps will keep an anonymous 90-day visitor identifier, page-view count, browser and screen details, referrer without its query, and—if browser location is already allowed or you later use it—only a coordinate rounded to roughly 1 km.

This visitor record does not store your IP address or exact device location. Refusing does not restrict the map. Visitor records are deleted after 90 days without a visit.
